PERFORMANCE & ASSISTANCE REGISTRATION
Registrations open on the 30 April 2021.
Please complete this participation notification, even if you are not performing, by the 14th May. Earlier is preferable, as it will help finalise formations and numbers for dances.
You can download the Performer Information Pack here or in the Resources on our TeamApp. It will be assumed that you have read and understood the described expectations of performers, noted rehearsal dates and checked your costume list.
Musicians will receive a list of rehearsal times that will include live music and dance - these are optional. Percussion Circle sessions will continue as usual.
We will have a Full Dress Rehearsal at the end of Term 2, on Thursday 24 June, 6pm-9pm.
There will be an optional (but recommended) run-throughs of dances and improvisations during the school holidays for anyone who would like additional practice. These are marked on the Calendar in the Performer Information Pack
There will be no classes in the week following the Showcase (19-22 July).
NOT PERFORMING?
Non-performers may like to be part of the show by helping out Backstage volunteers will need to be at the Theatre for the dress rehearsal (1pm onward). Front of House volunteers will need to be at the Theatre by 5:30pm. All volunteer helpers get a free ticket to the show!
